COVID-19 information

Dear customers,

After a short period of closure, which was essential to find solutions to better protect our staff, we decided to restart our activity for an indefinite period.

In this way, we wish to ensure continuity of service, while protecting our employees' health.

Order processing

The safety of our employees remains our priority. This is why we currently operate with a reduced staff and changed our procedures to comply with the new sanitary standards.

These measures still allow us to process and ship orders.

Non-contact deliveries

All the couriers that can be selected when placing an order continue to deliver to this day. We have deactivated those that do not deliver to your area.

Packages are now to your home only, without contact and without signature, to limit health risks.

We also invite you to respect the safety distance to protect yourself and the delivery person.

Please note that all parcels that cannot be delivered after 2 attempts will be returned to us. This decision has been taken by a large number of carriers to prevent parcels from piling up in depots. So be quick to when the delivery person contacts you.

All couriers are currently experiencing delays on deliveries due to the current situation. Please be patient!

After-sales team

Our after-sales team is up and running.

For safety concerns however, it has been reduced but it is still present to ensure the processing of after-sales issues.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to the current crisis, processing times will be extended.

More time to return an item

In order not to overload transport companies, we ask you to return your items when the lockdown is over.

No worries, the guarantee and withdrawal periods are extended to at least 3 months, or even more, should the containment be extended.
